Recent information from conferences

On this page I will touch on some of the more impressive information I picked up at recent conferences.

Confessions of a " Biggest Loser" - This lecture was from Jeff Levine M.D. who was on the television show "The Biggest Loser". He explains what he learned as he lost somewhere around 180 lbs.  This was one of the best lectures at the AAFP conference.

Ten Years Younger - This was a close second to the above. This one is how to get your physiological age 10 yrs younger by using diet, exercise and reducing stress.

Common Behavior Problems Ages 0-5 -  This was pretty good also. Pretty self explanatory.

Obesity Summit Conference - This was a great conference and several different aspects of obesity were covered.
